As we have great confidence in the quality of our workmanship, materials and designs, and because the satisfaction of our customers is our priority, we offer you a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing defects or quality of implementation, the guarantee does not include damages resulting from negligence, violence or misuse in general.

Ordering Policy
After placing your order, You will be expecting a phone call to confirm the order and the items in your cart in order to avoid any mistakes while adding products and assure the order is delivered as expected.
* In some cases we might ask for a 25% deposit in order to execute your order, This usually happens during low stock items, Seasons, Or even in some shipping areas.
Refunding Policy
In case of requesting a refund within 3 days of receiving the product, You will be charged for 25% of the item price + twice the shipping fee ( which is free only if you buy a product ), After 3 days it will be non-refundable.

Exchanging Policy
You will be having a 3 days to request an exchange for your bought product, Knowing that you will be charged for 15% of the bought item ( plus one time shipping fees ), After 3 days the item will be non-exchangeable.
