Ordering Policy

After placing your order, You will be expecting a phone call to confirm the order and the items in your cart in order to avoid any mistakes while adding products and assure the order is delivered as expected.

* In some cases we might ask for a 25% deposit " non refundable " in order to execute your order, This usually happens during low stock items, Seasons, Or even in some shipping areas.

Refunding Policy

In case of requesting a refund within 3 days of receiving the product, You will be charged for 25% of the item price + twice the shipping fee, After 3 days it will be non-refundable.

Exchanging Policy

You will be having a 3 days to request an exchange for your bought product, Knowing that you will be charged for 15% of the bought item ( plus one time shipping fees ), After 3 days the item will be non-exchangeable.
